Paradox Productions is based out of Portland, Oregon, and is a DJ & MC service known for packing the dance floors and getting the party started. They were even voted “Best DJ in Portland” by Oregon Bride Magazine. Paradox offers services all over Portland OR, Vancouver WA, the Oregon Coast, and all of Oregon and Washington state!

Justin Babbitt is a Marine Corps veteran who created Paradox Productions in 2005 as a mobile disc jockey, and MC & DJ company. His company provides high-end wedding, corporate, school, and party entertainment, and even offers Photo Booths for any events!

What sets Paradox Productions apart from other DJ services is the level of professionalism. Having a DJ or MC is great for guiding guests throughout the event and providing a good flow. With that said, The DJ and MCs that work with Paradox are very well-known in the area. You could even have the familiar voice of the official Blazer’s DJ, host your event! They also offer lighting and projection services at an additional cost. This is a one-stop-shop for all the audio and visual aspects of your event.

JUSTIN’S TIP FOR ALL COUPLES

When it comes to your DJ or MC, it’s important to meet with them. While you are meeting with them, keep in mind that this person has a major influence on the actual outcome of the wedding day itself. They are the face and the voice of the wedding, they are going to set the tone and the vibe of the wedding. When you meet with them, go with those gut feelings. How easy is the conversation? How smooth is it? Do you feel like it’s comfortable and enjoyable? If it is, it’s probably going to be like that for all of your friends and family, and if it’s not, then that’s going to be magnified in front of everyone.

It’s so much more than music, it’s psychology. It’s knowing how people are going to react to certain things, and then watching those reactions and being able to make split second decisions to help with crowd control and the flow.
