ALL ABOUT THE VISION

The visionary behind this venue feature was Alana, owner of Flowers by Alana. She wanted a pretty, pastel, and bright sunny shoot. “Sunlight in Spring” was her mantra for the inspiration. Sunrays, cherry blossom branches, and beautiful flowers filled the room. Although the venue is all indoors, the huge windows brought in the sunshine and made the pastel colors pop!

ALL ABOUT THE YUMS

Sloshy Pops brought their famous boozy popsicles in tropical flavors. The Hive is The Arc Light’s in-house catering company. They made pretty cocktails and set up a beautiful seafood bar full of raw oysters, crab, and shrimp. The color palette inspired the seafood table and cocktails for a spring vibe. Sugarhouse Cakes created a gorgeous 3 tiered cake decorated with cherry blossoms.

ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS

Krystle Clear Events helped to coordinate all the details and vendors involved in the shoot. She ensured all pieces were in place leading up to the event. On the shoot day, she helped everyone set up, and worked with the timeline to keep everything running smoothly.

The Arc Light provided the tables and beautiful wicker back chairs.

Setting the Table Rentals has a “carefully curated collection of vintage and modern specialty” tableware. They provided all of the place settings, compotes, candle holders, cake plates, servingware, and flat lay trays.

Trellis Creative designed all the fun pastel paper goods and acrylic signage.

ALL ABOUT THE BEAUTY

Ashley with Style me PDX did a fabulous job styling the hair and makeup. Ashley has been in business since 2015. She has grown her company to include 8 other stylists and her goal is to continue to empower and uplift other stylists.

True Society by The White Dress in Beaverton opened in 2019. They provided us with a gorgeous Stella York dress, style 7644. Their goal is to help brides find their perfect fit.

The jewelry was brought in from Rose Gem Shop. The owner and designer, Brian, brought Oregon Sunstone which matched the pastel theme. Oregon sunstone is a pretty soft pink and has a nice neutral champagne color that goes with everything. Brian mines all of the Sunstone and loves to tell his clients the backstory of each stone.
