A CHAT WITH INDIGO EVENT DESIGN

Indigo Event Design is a team of wedding planners and designers. They place a big focus on quality over quantity and prefer to work with fewer couples so that they can provide them with more services. Those services include decor and styling as well as full event planning and day of coordination.
They offer unique, innovative, and custom decorations. One of their specialties is Indian, Desi, Hindu, Islamic, Buddist, and Middle Eastern wedding decor. This includes garlands, mandaps, fabric draping, pillows, uplighting, religious decor, and canopies.
Indigo Event Design is also all about inclusivity and diversity. They love working with couples of all different backgrounds and lifestyles, and simply celebrating all.

Indigo Event Design also gives 10% of all its profits toward celebrations for under-resourced youth or children in the greater Portland OR area. They “love being able to celebrate people who may not have been celebrated before.”
REBECCA’S TIP FOR ALL COUPLES
Rebecca says that she wish all couples knew to plan ahead of time to have certain moments to sink it all in. To be present and mindful. She says it’s helpful to have at least one moment that they can really ground themselves and think about the magic of what’s happening.
