A CHAT WITH THE SWIG RIG
In this mini video feature, join NwWU host, Crystal Genes Photography as she chats with Shirey Bukowski, the owner of The Swig Rig.
No need to go to the bar, bring the bar to you! This amazing concept was thought up by Shirey Bukowski, who owns The Swig Rig, named Ritzy! Ritzy is a fully restored 1962 Broken Arrow Teepee Canned Ham travel trailer. Not only does the Swig Rig sport a two-tap kegerator for beer, but it also offers espresso coffee and ice-cream floats! A true treat for all ages!
The starting rate for Ritzy is around $550. All bartending services include the mobile bar, at least 2 OLCC licensed bartenders (depending on size), all the legal “stuff”, ice, barware, CO2 for kegs, setup and breakdown (approx. 3 hours), and 30 miles of travel to your destination. Each event is individually quoted based on the specific needs of the event.
The Swig Rig’s main goal is to go above and beyond to make your special day both delicious and memorable!
SHIREY’S TIP FOR ALL COUPLES
It’s worth it to book a bar service. It may in theory sound good to have a friend do it, but there’s so much that goes into it that most people don’t consider. There are many affordable options. Having a professional will be much less stressful, and worth the little extra expense.
