When my best friend was planning her wedding, she was looking for navy, copper, and teal wedding inspiration. She had a pretty clear vision and wanted something that looked dramatic and fairytale-like at the same time. This styled shoot was created based on her own vision board. She didn’t know I was working on it. After the shoot, we turned it into a surprise dinner for her! She cried.
ALL ABOUT THE VENDORS
The flowers were provided by the incredibly talented Alana Weintraub, owner of Flowers by Alana. NwWU has worked with her at our Urban Studio wedding and recently for our Coastal Wedding photoshoot at Del Rey Beach in Oregon. She’s the best, and we’ve become great friends over the past couple of years. Alana has over 19 years of experience in the floral design business. She started her own company in 2017 and has been going strong ever since. She loves getting to know new couples and help bring their dream wedding to life with flowers!
Our beautiful invitations and table settings were crafted by Mekala, owner of Tie That Binds. She creates one-of-a-kind paper invitations that are only made possible by the couple’s love story. And who doesn’t like options? Mekala’s clients get 3-4 sketches to choose from before deciding on the final product. Her invitations are known to be colorful and fun! These were actually final proofs of the paper goods that she made for my friend’s wedding!
Setting the Table Rentals provided us with all the vintage tableware and settings, once again! We constantly work with this company because the owner Mel is just so great! Browse her online database and get endless ideas and inspiration for your event! She is incredibly helpful and she always has what we need!
Finally, the chairs and linens were provided by The Party Place. Another great one-stop-shop for all your wedding and event rental needs.
